At ADESA, Inc., our reputation is one of consistent integrity in dealings with customers, shareholders, vendors, stakeholders and employees. Establishing and following a strong code of ethics and integrity, as well as complying with laws and the company's values and mission, is just as important as business results and quality customer service. The company has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to violations of its ethics policies and applicable laws and regulations.
The corporate Ethics Program provides employees with a toll-free hotline number and an easy-to-remember web site address to openly express in complete confidentiality any issues they have. Employees also can bring ethical concerns to the attention of their supervisors, a manager or corporate officer if they feel comfortable in doing so. When employees join ADESA, Inc. they receive a laminated wallet card with the appropriate phone number, web site address and other pertinent information printed on it. Posters with the same information can be seen hanging in common areas in every ADESA location. All of the materials are available in English, Spanish and Canadian French. |
